Online Ticket Redemption Via Account Manager

In BBL|13, Members who hold certain types of Memberships will be required to redeem and/or print their game day tickets online in order to access the Sydney Sixers home game of their choice at the SCG via their Account Manager, in lieu of a traditional barcoded Member access card.

BBL|13 Members who hold the following packages will be required to follow this process:

• Build Your Own Reserved Seat Members (1-3 Game Access)

Build Your Own Reserved Seat Members (1-3 Game Access)

1. Log into to the 'My Events' page on your Account Manager portal using your account credentials here

2. Select your game choice. If you are choosing your first game entitlement, click the ‘Pick Event 1’ tile. If making your second game entitlement choice (if applicable to your membership), click the ‘Pick Event 2’ tile and so on.

3. On the next page, click 'Exchange'.

4. On the next page, select each ticket/s that you would like to redeem. Once selected, click 'Continue' to view the available games.

5. On the next page, select the game you wish to attend to continue.

6. When the seat map appears, select any seating section highlighted blue. From there, select your desired seat/s and 'Add to Cart'. Your ticket/s will be added to the cart. Select ‘Continue’ in the cart to move to the checkout screen.

7. Click on the Shopping Cart image in the top right-hand corner and then select 'continue'.

8. Review your selection and click ‘Submit’.

9. Accept the T&C’s under ‘Order Summary’ and click ‘Place Order’.

10. You have successfully redeemed your ticket/s. To view your ticket/s, click ‘Go back to My Events’ in the middle of the screen.

11. Select the game you just redeemed ticket/s for. You will then be able to view your ticket/s on your smart phone and add to your digital wallet.
