The Sydney Sixers T20 Youth Academy offers young cricketers aged 10–16 the opportunity to train like the pros. Grounded in the same values that drive our elite senior teams, the Academy builds skills, confidence, and resilience across every facet of the game - far beyond batting and bowling. Participants are guided by experienced Sixers Youth Academy coaches at first-class venues across Sydney, and gain first-hand knowledge of what it takes to perform at the highest level.
