If applicable to your membership, if you are unable to locate your physical Membership card/ticket, please contact the Membership Team.
If you forget to bring your physical Membership card to the game (if applicable to your membership) or can't locate your digital Membership card, visit the Membership Team at the Membership Tent/Ticketing box office outside Gate D to arrange a temporary ticket.
If your physical Membership card has been lost or stolen, a replacement fee of $10 applies for the reprint of your new card. Please contact the Membership Team to organise a new card.
For tickets that have been purchased via Ticketek, please contact them or visit the ticket box office on match day.
