Payment

Membership payments can be spread over a 5-month period from 19 August 2022 – 19 December 2022. Purchase of a membership after 19 August 2022 requires an upfront payment, equal to the instalments that have passed as part of monthly payment schedule. Subsequent payments are deducted on the 17th of each month. Payment dates cannot be changed from the nominated schedule.

The annual membership rollover takes the hassle out of renewing your Membership each season.

BBL11 Members who opted-in to the annual rollover process will be automatically renewed into the same package(s) for the BBL12 Season, using the same payments details as the previous season, unless otherwise advised.

If applicable to your member account, your BBL12 Membership will automatically renew for BBL12 with our payment plan on 19 August 2022. To make changes to your Membership and/or payment details, please contact our Membership Team by 5pm 12 August 2022.

The Sydney Sixers have processes in place to ensure that Members experiencing financial hardship are treated fairly.

The Sydney Sixers are committed to work with you where possible to help you respond to financial difficulty, whether temporary or long-term.

This special consideration and flexibility will depend on your individual circumstances, and we provide this on a case-by-case basis.

Under explicit circumstances, a refund for membership can be requested. This must be sent in writing to membership@sydneysixers.com.au and will be considered for approval by the Head of Consumer Business.
