Member Online Ticket Redemption Via Account Manager

As per previous seasons, Members who hold certain types of Memberships will be required to redeem and/or download their tickets online via their Account Manager in order to access Sydney Sixers BBL|16 SCG home matches. Noting, this is in lieu of a traditional barcoded Member access card.

BBL|16 Members who hold the following packages will be required to follow the process below^.

• Platinum Partial Season Reserved Seat Members (1, 2, & 3 Game Access)

Full step-by-step instructions on how to redeem and/or download your tickets can be seen below:

1. Log into to the 'My Events' page on your Account Manager portal using your account credentials here.

2. Select 'pick your event', then select the entitlement you wish to exchange. Click 'exchange', then select the QTY of tickets you wish to redeem for this match. (Note: please disregard the date shown here).

3. Once selected, click 'continue'. (Reminder: you are just selecting tickets for 1x fixture. If you are entitled to a 2nd match, you can repeat this process later).

4. Select your game of choice. Doing so will take you to the Interactive Seat Map (ISM). Confirm your ticket QTY and click 'find seats'.

5. Select your preferred seat(s) and add them to your cart. One in your cart, click 'continue'.

6. Review your order and click 'submit'. This will exchange your entitlement into your seat/ticket.

7. Finally, accept the T's & C's and click 'place order'.

8. You have successfully redeemed your ticket/s. Shortly after, you will receive an email confirming your selection.

9. To view your ticket/s, click ‘go back to my events’ in the middle of the screen.

10. Select the game you just redeemed ticket(s) for. You will then be able to view your ticket(s) on your smart phone and add to your mobile wallet*.

^Please note, tickets must be redeemed at least 24-hours before the commencement of the match.

*Tickets must be added via smartphone. If you are unable to add the ticket to your wallet/ smart phone, please try again closer to the start of the BBL|16 season. This is a fairly common occurrence due to match barcoding procedures.
