As per previous seasons, all Members have the option to pay for their membership invoice via a 5-month payment plan or in one lump sum. The first monthly payment and/or the one lump sum payment (depending on which option a Member chooses) is due on 15 July 2024.

Members can update their details via their online Account Manager login. Simply login using your username (email address) and password to make the necessary changes.

Members with a reserved seat are required to renew their Membership prior to the 2024/25 reserved seat member deadline (date TBC) if they wish to retain their seat from BBL|13.

Once renewed, if a Member wishes to change their seat, they can request to be considered for a change by contacting the Membership Team. Members must renew their Membership for 2024/25 in order to be considered for a seat change.

We are working hard to ensure member packs are dispatched in September 2024.

Members have the ability to choose whether they receive a member pack. The Membership Team will reach out to applicable members in August regarding this. If you have any questions, please contact the Membership Team here.

Please note, Members that purchased a member pack last season have had the same quantity of member packs automatically added to their account for the upcoming season. Member packs for the upcoming season can be removed from an account by contacting the Membership Team here.

Game access for Members varies according to package. For further information on the amount of games your 2024/25 membership entitles you to access or other Member benefits you are set to receive, please refer to the link to your package benefits information in the FAQ above.

To hold a family membership, the 2 x juniors must be under the age of 16 as at 1 January 2025. If your 2024/25 membership package is not a family package, it is likely due to the Club not having one or both of the junior's DOB on record. Please contact the Membership Team here and we will be able to assist.

If your 2024/25 package is different to what you held in 2023/24, it is likely due to your 2023/24 package no longer being available. In situations like this, we have applied the 2024/25 package that most reflects what you held in 2023/24.
